Think Progress Editor Tweets Republicans Should Be Confronted In Their Homes. Shapiro Issues One Hell Of A Warning.

On Friday, Ian Millhiser, justice editor at the hard-left site Think Progress, who got his law degree from Duke University, decided to wax militant regarding Republicans, tweeting they should be confronted not only where they eat, but in their own bedrooms:
Tell me again why we shouldn't confront Republicans where they eat, where they sleep, and where they work until they stop being complicit in the destruction of our democracy.
Millhiser’s belligerent militancy triggered this blunt and entirely logical response from Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro:
Because if you confront me where I sleep -- in my own home -- it's not unlikely you get shot. https://twitter.com/imillhiser/status/1045740430229409793 …

See, in a civilized society, you don't get to come into my own home while I'm sleeping to "confront me." That's not a thing. WTAF.
Shapiro was soon followed by others who took umbrage at the Think Progress editor. Some were measured in their response:
This doesn’t sound threatening or creepy at all.
Because it is both wrong & supremely dangerous. When one side denies the legitimacy of good faith disagreement over policy--as well as over constitutional principle--the other side will eventually reciprocate. Neither a constitutional republic nor a democracy can survive that.
Aggressive, confrontational Leftists seeking more aggressive confrontation. Keep your head on a swivel around the radical Left.
Others simply mocked Millhiser:
Commander of the 101st Keyboard Division is making big threats from his cubicle headquarters
Pipsqueak thinks he can get you to harass and stalk Republicans. Ian would never do this himself, of course, because he’s a twitter troll and keyboard warrior.
