Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts
Collaborators, in their time and once history got hold of them
“Nowadays, we rightly view the Nazi regime as an evil empire, horrific in their actions and despicable in their ideology. However, Nazi Germany was not always viewed as such. In fact, many major corporations that have survived to this day did business with the Nazis…” — Gabe Paoletti.
Being an ex-Muslim actively working against Islam and in particular jihad, I could not help but be struck by these opening lines to a short overview of 7 Brands with Nazi Ties That We All Use, by Gabe Paoletti. Ideally, a topic like this should be more substantially referenced, but then it is a short overview and the references offered are good. The seven corporations listed are: IBM, Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, Hugo Boss, The Associated Press, Kodak and Bayer. Especially relevant is the linked material on The Associated Press.
The opening lines quoted above struck me for their chilling prefiguring of a possible aftermath of present developments. A future version of this passage could so easily read:
“Nowadays, we rightly view Islam as an evil empire, horrific in its actions and despicable in its ideology. However, Islam was not always viewed as such. In fact, many major corporations that have survived to this day did business with Islam…”
Of course, one immediately thinks of Nike, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Twitter, the BBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Guardian, and so on, which quickly segues into the non-profits: the SPLC, the very large number of so-called “Islamic Studies” departments in Western universities, the vast agglomeration of civic society organisations promoting Islam, entire governments… collaboration with Islam is everywhere, and in every walk of life, so much so that if all collaboration with Islam were to cease tomorrow, Western society would be left resembling a Swiss cheese.
Collaboration with the Nazis was the exception. Collaboration with Islam is the rule. Nazi ideology and propaganda bought acquiescence from most of the non-Jewish German population, from small sections of other European populations, and from the Catholic Church, which was substantial. Yet it never became a virtue to collaborate with the Nazis. Islamic ideology pervades everything, everywhere because, perversely, collaboration with an ideology of plunder, murder and rape has become a virtue.
Hitler admired Islam and its prophet, Muhammad, and had a brief encounter with a specimen of his followers, the then Grand Mufti of Palestine, Mohammad Amin al-Husayni. The Grand Mufti did all he could to press the Nazis not just to stop sending Jews to Palestine, but to send the Jews to Poland and exterminate them. The Führer admired Islam and regretted not being able to attain to it. He was right. His propagandists were amateurs against those of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, The Arab League, The Muslim Brotherhood, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force, etc., etc. But then, Islam’s final solution is so much grander than the mere extermination of a people; jihad will not stop until “all worship is for Allah alone,” (Qur’an 2:193) or the entire planet is engulfed in violence in the attempt.
