Democrats are finally calling an audible on their COVID tyranny in the hopes of squeaking out a victory in the midterms. Church Militant's Trey Blanton reveals the shift in strategy.
Democrats are realizing pushing mandates on Americans has become a losing position. The leftist polling institution Impact Research warned liberal politicians on Thursday the time is now to "take credit for ending the COVID crisis phase of the COVID war."
Leana Wen, the former president of Planned Parenthood, provided CNN with her so-called medical expertise.
Leana Wen, CNN contributor: "There was a — is a time and place for pandemic restrictions. But when they were put in, it was always with the understanding that they would be removed as soon as we can. And, in this case, circumstances have changed. ... Also, the science has changed."
West coast governors announced Monday that schools and child-care facilities will no longer require masks. In Florida, the Democratic challenger for governor is hoping to overcome his low polling numbers by deciding now it's time to move past COVID.
Catholic governor Ron DeSantis has led the country in balancing personal freedom with ensuring medical treatment is available to Floridians.

These kids are so much happier being able to go to school without having to wear a mask for eight hours a day. So when you start to see them kind of re-evaluate or say all this, just understand this — the science didn't change. Well, the medical science didn't change; the political science changed.
Democrats claim they can control viruses and the climate. What they really want to control is the people. Unelected Joe Biden and the Democrat-controlled Congress are ditching their masks for tonight's State of the Union address.
