TOP BIDEN DOJ OFFICIAL ALLEGEDLY LIED ABOUT DOMESTIC DISPUTE ARREST “Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke was allegedly involved in a violent domestic dispute … an incident that ended in her arrest,” Mary Margaret Olohan writes in The Daily Signal. Clarke’s ex-husband alleged that she attacked him with a knife. During Clarke’s confirmation hearing, Sen. Tom Cotton, R-AR, asked her if she was ever arrested, to which she replied under oath, “No.” Clarke’s Civil Rights Division infamously charged now-acquitted pro-life advocate Mark Houck. READ

BIDEN ADMIN TO DEEM MARIJUANA A ‘LESS DANGEROUS DRUG’ The Biden administration’s Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Tuesday announced a new rule that seeks to reclassify marijuana from a Schedule I substance to Schedule III – a category encompassing “less dangerous” drugs. Rep. Andy Harris, R-MD, a doctor and pro-life Catholic, responded to the announced rule on X writing, “If the Biden Administration follows through with rescheduling, this decision will be anti-science and harmful to public health and safety.” READ

FLORIDA SUES BIDEN OVER PRO-LGBTQ TITLE IX CHANGES Florida – along with several other red states and women’s groups – announced it is suing the Biden administration over the Department of Education’s recent pro-LGBTQ changes to Title IX. “Biden is abusing his constitutional authority to push an ideological agenda that harms women and girls and conflicts with the truth,” Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis wrote on X after announcing the suit. READ

PELOSI: DEMS WILL KILL FILIBUSTER FOR ABORTION IF BIDEN WINS Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-CA, stated during a Monday MSNBC interview that if President Joe Biden is reelected and Democrats control both houses of Congress, the party will do away with the filibuster to pass a national pro-abortion law. “Very clearly we can enshrine into the law Roe v. Wade,” said the former speaker, a self-professed Catholic. READ

UCLA PROTESTORS BLOCK JEWISH STUDENTS Pro-Palestine protestors at UCLA prevented multiple Jewish students from walking to class and the library, according to video evidence. “This is what they do,” said Eli Tsives, a Jewish UCLA student blocked by multiple protestors from going to his class. “We pay tuition. This is our school. And they’re not letting me walk in.” Tsives told the protestors: “You guys are promoting aggression. You guys are promoting hate.” READ

FOUR OFFICERS KILLED IN CHARLOTTE Four law enforcement officers were killed in a shootout in Charlotte, NC Monday while they were serving a firearm possession warrant. “I was in a state of shock,” said a neighbor who heard over 50 gunshots. “Those folks go to work every day to protect us.” Another neighbor described the neighborhood where the shooting occurred as “fairly safe” with “lots of families.” READ

BEVERLY HILLS IN LEGAL BATTLE OVER STOPPING ABORTION FACILITY The city of Beverly Hills is embroiled in a legal battle for allegedly stopping a late-term abortion facility from opening in the city due to concerns about the inconvenience of pro-life protests. DuPont Clinic was set to open in Beverly Hills last year. As the facility prepared to move into its new location, members of pro-life advocacy group Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust began protesting outside the Beverly Hills office. READ

PASTOR OF ATTACKED CHURCH LEADS PRAYER FOR SUSPECT In response to discovering explicit pro-abortion graffiti on the doors of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Portland, OR Sunday morning, the church’s pastor prayed for the vandal at Mass and expressed hope during the homily that the vandal would one day become an usher. Fr. Timothy Furlow, who has been the church’s pastor since 2018, asked those at Mass that day to pray for the vandal instead of wrathfully seeking justice or harboring hatred. READ
