Hunter Biden SHOCK Judge Order… Conservatives FUMING
It would appear that Hunter Biden has finally been given a break from a judge in his case.
Hunter has been up against it after trying to upstage prosecutors and the judge, but he finally got something to go his way.
Hunter’s gun case’s sentencing has been pushed back a few weeks until December.

We are about to see one of the biggest showcases of how to fix a sentencing hearing as you have ever seen.
Hunter’s attorneys wanted the sentencing hearing pushed back because they claimed all of their witnesses would not be available at the time of the original hearing, as well as having to get ready for another trial.
His attorneys argued, “Given all the pre-sentencing tasks necessary to adequately prepare for Mr. Biden’s Delaware sentencing, much of which overlap with his sentencing in the California case scheduled for December 16, 2024, and other litigation deadlines (described below), it will be very difficult for Mr. Biden’s counsel to be ready for sentencing on November 13, 2024.”
Judge Noreika agreed, allowing them to push the hearing back.
What this does, however, is allow White House staffers to come to testify on behalf of Hutner, something that the Trump campaign would have likely used against Harris before the election.
For those of you expecting Hunter to see jail time, think again, as that is unlikely since he is a first-time offender and the gun was not used in any crimes.
At worst, I think prosecutors would go for house arrest or supervised release, but I doubt he will be sent to jail.
Imagine the pressure on the judge for having to sentence a sitting president’s son… jail is just not in the cards.
