President Donald Trump escalated his war to remove violent illegal alien gang members that former President Joe Biden let flood into the country.
Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which lets him expedite the deportation of members of violent gangs like Tren de Aragua and MS-13 that he designated as foreign terrorist organizations on national security grounds.
He can skip the usual deportation procedures to remove illegal aliens under the law.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a lawsuit on behalf of five illegal aliens from Venezuela to stop deportations under the law.
Washington, D.C. District Court Judge James Boasberg issued an injunction and demanded that two planes carrying Tren de Aragua members return to the United States in midair.
The Trump White House dismissed the judge’s ruling because the flight was in international airspace when the ruling was made.
More than 250 Tren de Aragua and MS-13 gang members were dropped off in Honduras and El Salvador for incarceration.
Democrats and their media allies were outraged over the gang members being deported.
The View co-host Whoopi Goldberg and MSNBC personalities warned that American citizens could be next.

Why are they raising hell about a gang being deported?”
