Man Arrested for Threatening Trump on Social Media

42-year-old Kendal Aaron Todd challenged the president to a “fight me naked to the death” and threatened to dismember him with a chainsaw in disturbing social media posts.
This alarming case highlights the ongoing threats facing President Trump while authorities scramble to protect him.
St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Secret Service agents arrested Todd after he posted an 80-second video declaring himself president and calling President Trump the Antichrist.
The Fort Pierce resident now faces charges of “written threats to kill or do bodily harm” and is being held on a staggering $500,000 bond.
Todd’s deranged video contained explicit threats that should concern every patriotic American.
“The investigation revealed that Todd posted threatening messages on his public social media page, in which he expressed intentions to cause bodily harm to President Donald Trump,” sheriff’s officials confirmed.
What makes this case even more disturbing is that Todd possessed two handguns at his residence.
Thankfully, authorities executed a risk protection order to seize his firearms before he could act on his threats.
St. Lucie County Sheriff Richard Del Toro acknowledged the escalating nature of Todd’s behavior.
He stated, “We had a risk protection order for Mr. Todd; we’ve been watching him for several days.”
“He just kept escalating his behavior. He got the attention obviously of the United States Secret Service — and that got our attention,” he added.
The most chilling detail of Todd’s threats was his explicit description of wanting to “cut Trump up with a chainsaw and put him in acid.”
Todd has a history of mental health issues and was previously treated under Florida’s Baker Act.
A relative reported that Todd had expressed “suicide by cop” ideations, making him not just a threat to President Trump but to law enforcement as well.
Even Todd’s neighbors were not surprised by the arrest, noting his strange behavior had been concerning for some time.
Local residents had observed increased law enforcement presence around Todd’s home in the days leading up to his arrest.
Neighbor Ronald Barron reacted to the threats by simply stating, “That’s not cool at all.”
This case is just the latest in a disturbing pattern of threats and actual violence directed at President Trump and his supporters.
Todd’s risk protection order remains in place until a hearing scheduled for March 24.
From the assassination attempt at the Butler rally to this latest threat, the president continues to face serious dangers while the mainstream media largely ignores or downplays these threats.
