The Democrats’ Forty Days of Folly is finally coming to an end.
They really got nothing for their trouble, unless turnout at some off-year blue-state elections counts as a win. And even that one win that the media would give them by default every time there was a government shutdown was NOT granted to them.

It’s almost a slam dunk for the media to blame the GOP every time there’s a shutdown. CNN tried really hard to oblige them. But when it really counted, they dropped the ball and placed responsibility squarely on the shoulders of the Democrat Senate.
