Cop Killer Smears Feces on Face in Front of Potential Jurors

A wild scene played out in a New Orleans courtroom when an accused cop killer rubbed his own feces all over his head and face during jury selection for his case.
Travis Boys, 35, is charged with the 2015 killing of 22-year veteran officer Daryle Holloway, 46, of the New Orleans Police Department. NOLA.com has the details of that incident:
New Orleans Police officer Daryle Holloway was driving a handcuffed prisoner to central lockup when suspect Travis Boys twisted out of his bindings. He somehow got through the barrier that separated officer and arrestee. He then produced a gun -- it's not clear where he got it -- and fatally shot Holloway… [who] “put up a fight to try to get this subject not to exit from the vehicle, but eventually succumbed to his injuries.”
Boys had been arrested and charged with aggravated assault against a woman for firing a single shot at her.
A Fox News report states that during jury selection for Boys’ cop-killing case, he returned from the bathroom with a napkin concealing his defecation. Once inside the courtroom, he unwrapped it and smeared himself with the contents in front of potential jurors — including inside his mouth.
Was Boys just angling for an insanity defense? We'll see, because the judge cleared the courtroom and ordered ANOTHER competency hearing for the suspect.
Boys faces life in prison. We don't usually have much sympathy at TruthRevolt for convicted criminals, but we actually pity this guy's future cellmate.
