Robert Kennedy Jr. left the Democrat Party several months ago and declared himself an Independent candidate for President of the United States.

But Joe Biden’s lawfare is too much for even a lifelong Democrat like Kennedy.

And Robert Kennedy Jr. just fired off a warning to Joe Biden about waging lawfare against Donald Trump.Joe Biden is terrified of facing Donald Trump at the ballot box in November.

That’s why Biden weaponized the Justice Department and the FBI against Donald Trump.

Donald Trump is facing 91 criminal charges across four indictments handed down by three Democrat prosecutors.

But Joe Biden’s allies are also working the court system to take down Donald Trump.

Colorado and Maine recently banned Trump from appearing on the ballot for his alleged participation in inciting an insurrection on January 6.

During an interview Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s The Story, Robert Kennedy Jr. discussed the recent decisions in Colorado and Maine to remove Trump from the ballot.“What do you think about those efforts to take the former President off the ballot based on an insurrection charge that he has not been charged with?” host Martha MacCallum asked.

Kennedy called it both “wrongheaded” and “counterproductive.”

“I think it’s wrongheaded,” Kennedy replied. “I think it’s counterproductive.”

Before ripping Biden’s lawfare, Kennedy first made sure Fox News viewers knew that he does not like Donald Trump very much.

“I’m not a fan of President Trump, that’s why I’m running against him,” he said. “But I don’t want to beat him on a slanted playing field.”“I think the American people want to see a fair fight,” Kennedy continued. “They want debates, they want real democracy.”

Kennedy ripped the idea of a court deciding which candidates the American people are allowed to choose from on the ballot.

“And as you point out, I’ve read the decision and it makes no sense to me that you can deprive an American citizen of this right?” Kennedy declared. “We’re unprecedented without ever charging him with, much less convicting him of, insurrection,” he continued. “He is not even charged with it.”

Joe Biden’s lawfare, Kennedy said, “seems to violate due process and it makes us look like a banana republic.”

But Kennedy offered more than his criticism of Joe Biden’s weaponized justice system. He also shared a warning with Joe Biden and the Democrats that it could backfire and end up hurting them, instead of Trump.

“And by the way, I think it’s going to hurt the people who are behind it,” Kennedy warned. “I think it turns Trump into a kind of, you know, that people know it’s unfair, and it turns him into kind of amplifies it — you know, him as a mythological figure,” he continued. “I think it’s very, very short-sighted and it’s just wrong, it’s un-American.”

Kennedy’s warning is backed by data and facts.

Republicans rallied behind Donald Trump and his poll numbers in the Primary only went higher with each indictment handed down.

Democrats are clearly growing desperate with Joe Biden’s approval ratings in the tank.
