SUPREME COURT SETS DATE FOR ABORTION PILL CASE The Supreme Court has set March 26 as the date it will hear oral arguments in a highly anticipated case regarding the legality of the abortion-inducing drug mifepristone. The Court announced it would hear the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine last month. READ

MAY THESE SOLDIERS REST IN PEACE The U.S. Military released the identities of the three soldiers, all from the state of Georgia, who lost their lives in an Iran-backed drone attack in Jordon over the weekend: Sgt. William Jerome Rivers, 46, of Carrollton, Spc. Kennedy Ladon Sanders, 24, of Waycross, and Spc. Breonna Alexsondria Moffett, 23, of Savannah. READ

PENNSYLVANIA SUPREME COURT RULES FOR ABORTION In the lead opinion of a pro-abortion ruling, two Pennsylvania Supreme Court justices argued that the state’s constitution contains a “fundamental right” to “reproductive autonomy.” The 3-2 decision on Monday overturned a provision of a 1982 state law prohibiting the use of Medicaid taxpayer dollars to fund abortions. ‘ABORTION DOULA’ SPEAKS AT CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY OF AMERICA “Abortion doula” and pro-LGBTQ activist Rachel Carbonneau told a Catholic University of America (CUA) class that men can give birth like seahorses.
