President Joe Biden’s age and mental acuity are facing heavy scrutiny after Special Counsel Robert Hur released a report that admitted that no jury would convict him for stealing classified documents because he’s too old and suffers from severe memory loss.
Comedian Joe Rogan said that Democrats are preparing to replace Biden on the ticket with California Governor Gavin Newsom on his podcast The Joe Rogan Experience.
“Basically, you can’t prosecute this guy because he’s non compos mentis, but you can let him run for the President of the United States in November,” Rogan’s guest podcaster Chris Williamson said. “So that’s the- that’s the world that we’ve managed to get into.”
“Don’t you think that that’s a ruse, him running for President?” Rogan asked.
Rogan speculated that Democrats are going to force Biden to step aside.
“I think they’re gonna get rid of him, I think they’re gonna move him out, they’re gonna force him to step down,” Rogan said. “That’s what I think. If I had to guess, and it’s just speculation, I’d say they’re setting up Gavin Newsom for it.”
Newsom is clearly angling for national office whether it’s in 2024 or 2028.
He’s raised his national political profile by becoming a top surrogate for Biden and traveling the country in support of Democrats.
His Fox News debate with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was seen as a dress rehearsal for a future Presidential campaign.
Rogan pointed out that the scandals dogging Biden are starting to gain more traction in the media and with the public, including his connection to Ukrainian energy company Burisma and being given a no-show job at the University of Pennsylvania that paid him nearly one million dollars per year.
Biden was given the lucrative honorary position as the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor at the University of Pennsylvania after leaving office as Vice President.
He was paid almost one million dollars to give about a dozen lectures over the course of a year.
Rogan pointed out that the University of Pennsylvania was home to Biden’s think tank, the Penn Biden Center, and was flooded with donations from China.
The comedian said the position was “old school, that’s like mafia stuff” where “he didn’t even have to show up.”
Rogan said Biden’s situation would be funny if he wasn’t the President.
“He’s making stuff up, calls people the wrong name, he talks about someone that’s dead, it’s constant,” Rogan said of Biden.
“It’s amazing . . . he just can’t keep a thought in his head when he starts talking about things, he forgets what he’s talking about all the time and goes ‘Well whatever,’ he just says, ‘Well, whatever,’ and just drifts off,” Rogan added.
Joe Biden’s severe mental decline is going to continue to fuel speculation about Democrats replacing him.
