Hatred Unleashed – Chants of ‘Heil Hitler’

(StraightShooterNews.com) – Pro-Hamas campaigns are spreading like wildfire, as a group of antisemitic protesters chanted “Heil Hitler” at the Israeli men’s soccer team when they prepared to play Paraguay during the Paris Olympics over the weekend.

From the stands at Parc des Princes, the group made their presence felt by shouting hateful slogans and booing the Israeli team during their national anthem.

Protesters waved Palestinian flags and some even performed the Nazi salute during their display of hatred. A large sign reading “Genocide Olympics” was also displayed.

Security eventually removed the anti-Israel demonstrators from the stadium and no further disruptions were reported.

“During the men’s football match between Israel and Paraguay at the Parc des Princes on 27 July, a banner bearing a political message was displayed, and anti-Semitic gestures were made,” a Paris Olympic organizer relayed to Sky News.

“Paris 2024 strongly condemns these acts. A complaint has been lodged by Paris 2024, which is at the disposal of the authorities to assist with the investigation,” the spokesperson added.

In the Group D match, Paraguay defeated Israel 4-2.

This incident marked the second time during the Olympics that the Israeli soccer team encountered protests.

Similar acts of hate were directed at them last week during their match against Mali, where protesters waved Palestinian flags and disrupted their anthem with boos and whistles.

These displays of antisemitism are occurring as French police investigate death threats received by three Israeli athletes at the Olympic Games, as reported by Sky News.

For safety, Israeli athletes in Paris are now escorted by elite tactical units and provided with round-the-clock protection, according to officials interviewed by Sky News.

France has deployed 35,000 officers daily to secure the Olympics, with 45,000 present at the opening ceremonies.

Additionally, 40 countries have sent nearly 2,000 reinforcements to assist in maintaining security.

This comes in the wake of reports by Israel’s National Cyber Directorate that uncovered a plot from Iranian hackers to spread information about the Israeli delegation at the Olympics.

In response, Iran said via its ONU mission that “Terrorist acts have no place in the principles of resistance groups; lies and deceit cannot switch the roles of the plaintiff and the accused.”
