Hillary’s Pet Lawyers Lose Security Clearance Over Steele Dossier

Security

Weaponization against a political opponent” will get your security clearance yanked. That’s what “employees of law firm Perkins Coie” learned on March 6. President Donald Trump spent his Thursday signing executive orders. One of them slapped down Hillary Clinton’s favorite law firm, hard. They “played a key role” in commissioning the nefarious “Steele dossier,” carefully designed to help Hillary beat Trump. We know now it was all complete fiction.

Security clearance suspended

High paid lawyers at Perkins Coie may be upset that their security clearance was suspended but they aren’t the only ones unsettled by the move.

On Thursday, March 6, President Donald Trump sent a clear message to Hillary Clinton that she’s not off the hook. This was just a warning shot across her bow but shows that the DOJ is serious about destroying the Deep State.

Not only is Perkins Coie “one of the largest in the nation,” they also happen to be the one that “represented Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2016.” John Podesta arranged for them to bring in Glenn Simpson and his firm Fusion GPS. That was supposed to cut Hillary out from the dirty work.

Simpson recruited Christopher Steele. He had all sorts of security clearance of his own, and lots of contacts with former Russian KGB officials. He knew them well from his days at MI-5. The rest is history.

In the order suspending the security clearance of those associated with the law firm, the president accused the company of “weaponization against a political opponent.” That would be him.

Just to confuse and infuriate Democrats even further, Trump added some language accusing Perkins Coie of using their “diversity, equity and inclusion policies” to further their nefarious “weaponization” of government.

Send in the auditors

Rabidly liberal Axios is frantically scrambling to diffuse the damage. The order, they write, “will suspend access to certain federal resources for the firm.” Losing your security clearance means a huge hit in the wallet, too.

What they’re really afraid of is the “review of its DEI practices.” When the auditors come swooping in, they’ll likely get a look at other dirty secrets lurking in the files.

Removing the security clearance of his Deep State political enemies gave President Trump clear pleasure. “This is an absolute honor to sign,” he declared.

They played a key role in commissioning the nefarious Steele dossier.

What they’ve done is, it’s just terrible. It’s a weaponization.” Not only that, “it should never be allowed to happen again.” They were engaging in “dishonest and dangerous activity.

In addition to undermining democratic elections, the integrity of our courts, and honest law enforcement, Perkins Coie racially discriminates against its own attorneys and staff, and against applicants.

There’s no excuse for allowing Perkins Coie to continue holding security clearance. Hillary was hoping Trump would forget about the past and let bygones be bygones. Wrong.
