Liberal comedian Bill Maher has always been a fierce critic of Donald Trump and his administration.
But Maher is not like the other Trump haters in the media.
And Bill Maher just broke his silence about meeting Donald Trump with two words that Democrats will hate.
Cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) reached an all-time high after Kamala Harris went down in flames on November 5.
Democrats put their TDS on full display for the entire world to see during Donald Trump’s recent address to a joint session of Congress.
Donald Trump pointed out in his speech that there is nothing he could do that would make Democrats clap and cheer for him.
Even if he found a cure for cancer, Trump said the Democrats still wouldn’t have anything positive to say about him.
But there are a few exceptions on the Left.
One of those is HBO Real Time host and comedian Bill Maher.
Maher is a liberal in the true sense of the word.
He started speaking out against the radical Left’s control over the Democrat Party during the pandemic over the COVID mandates.
Maher has been a fierce critic of the woke ideology and far-left wing of the Democrat Party.
But Maher’s opposition to the woke Left doesn’t mean he supports Donald Trump.
During a recent episode of his show, Maher ripped Donald Trump and DOGE for not making cuts to the “weapons programs.”
“When they were talking about shrinking the government, I said, ‘Yeah, great,’ but the acid test will be if they go after the biggest bloat of all: obsolete weapons programs,” Maher said.
But in a recent episode of his Club Random podcast, Maher dropped a bombshell to fellow comedian Andrew Schulz.
Maher mentioned how he recently had Kid Rock as a guest on the show and revealed that the music superstar had convinced him to meet with Donald Trump at the White House.
“Kid Rock was here a couple of weeks ago, and he said, ‘I want you to meet Trump,’” Maher said. “He said, ‘I’m gonna take you to the White House.’”
“So, now we’re gonna do that,” he added.
Of course, the radical Left will be furious over Maher meeting with Donald Trump.
But Maher had two words for his critics: “f*** you.”
“And there will be lots of people on the Left who will be like, ‘How dare you talk to this man,’” Maher said. “It’s like, f*** you, I’m not playing this game that you mean girls play.”
Donald Trump is the President of the United States.
Maher is reasonable enough to understand that it is an honor to be invited to the White House for a meeting with the President regardless of Party affiliation.
Democrats could learn a lot from Maher.
