Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts
“Palestinian” protesters throw stones and Molotov cocktails at IDF, media blames Israelis when they respond
This New York Times article is a good illustration of how the establishment media tries to frame every incident regarding the “Palestinian” jihad as being the Israelis’ fault. In the first paragraph, we hear that the “Palestinians” gathered “to vent their pent-up frustration.” The Times doesn’t see fit to lead with the fact that the jihad terror group Hamas, which views killing Jews as an act of worship, called for the protests.
Then in the second paragraph we’re told that the protests were “billed as the start of a peaceful, six-week sit-in.” Only in the third paragraph do we learn that (as always), the “Palestinians” began the conflict and were responsible for the violence, for “as some began hurling stones, tossing Molotov cocktails and rolling burning tires at the fence, the Israelis responded with tear gas and gunfire. The Israelis said they also exchanged fire with two gunmen across the fence and fired at two others who tried to infiltrate into Israel.”
So the Times really should have framed this story as “Palestinians Turn Violent, Attack IDF At Protests Billed As Peaceful,” but instead, we get “Israeli Military Kills 15 Palestinians in Confrontations on Gaza Border.” For the establishment media, the demonization is always paramount.
“Israeli Military Kills 15 Palestinians in Confrontations on Gaza Border,” by Isabel Kershner and Iyad Abuheweila, New York Times, March 30, 2018:

They were protesting against Israel’s longstanding blockade of the territory and in support of their claims to return to homes in what is now Israel. But as some began hurling stones, tossing Molotov cocktails and rolling burning tires at the fence, the Israelis responded with tear gas and gunfire. The Israelis said they also exchanged fire with two gunmen across the fence and fired at two others who tried to infiltrate into Israel….
