The Rebel
Dear carl,
During the synagogue shooting in Poway, California this week, a terrorist, mobilized by anti-Semitism, killed one person and injured several others.
It’s hard not to wonder if the kind of rhetoric spewed by the likes of Linda SarsourIlhan Omar, and The New York Times helped embolden him.
I'm on location in San Diego covering this story because the mainstream media is spinning it to push their own anti-Trump, anti-gun narrative.
But that is not what I want to talk about right now. I want to talk about the hero who arose from the tragedy.
As the shooter was in the middle of his assault, an off-duty border patrol agent by the name of Jonathan Morales ran out of the synagogue and fired his sidearm at the assailant.
Jonathan Morales undoubtedly saved dozens of lives while putting his own life on the line. The courage and resourcefulness that he showed reflects on the outstanding men and women in United States law enforcement, a group of heroes that are too often disparaged by the left.
The Rebel joins the residents of Poway, California in thanking Morales for his efforts. If you would like to sign the card we are sending to Jonathan Morales, you can do so by visiting ThankYouJonathan.com.
Yours truly,
Keean Bexte
P.S. As I’m on the road in California, I’ll be uploading all of my videos on the synagogue shooting to a special webpage. You can see them by clicking here.
