Turkey’s Islamic Tyranny Warns Trump Not To Ban Muslim Brotherhood
Birds of a feather flock together. So do Islamic regimes.
Turkey’s AK party, which engineered the Islamization of Turkey, under whose rule the prisons are filled with journalists and political opponents, is standing up for the Muslim Brotherhood. And issuing warnings about democracy in the region.
The spokesman for Turkey’s ruling AK Party said on Tuesday that if the United States designated the Muslim Brotherhood a foreign terrorist organization, it would hamper democratization efforts in the Middle East and serve militant groups like Islamic State. The White House said on Tuesday President Donald Trump was working to declare the Muslim Brotherhood a foreign terrorist organization, a step that would bring sanctions against Egypt’s oldest Islamist movement.
To quote Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the AK’s top dog, “Democracy is like a streetcar. When you come to your stop, you get off.”
The only democracy the AK and the Muslim Brotherhood are interested in is streetcar democracy followed by brutal Islamic tyranny.
That’s not democratization. It’s Islamization.
Omer Celik, spokesman for Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan’s Islamist-rooted AK Party, said such a decision by the United States would “undoubtedly yield extremely wrong results regarding stability, human rights, basic rights and freedoms in countries of the Islamic world”, he said.
I doubt they could be any worse than the state of stability, human rights and freedoms in Turkey.
