Matthew Rehrauer • 15 hours ago There is no real "lamenting" involved in the Quebec Bishops statement. It is typical double speak. While Canadian Truck drivers fight for freedom, the Bishops join in denial of the dignity and rights of those they are called by God to defend and promote. This is not simply cowardice, it is abuse. Too many people think that abuse is limited to the rape of altar boys and the coercing seminarians to act as sex toys for "formation personnel" and Bishops. That is one form. This is another more virulent, an all encompassing form. Lock the laity out of Church, deny them the Sacraments and do so because they can (using civil orders as an excuse),- Part 2. Part 3 is at the doorstep. It was planned long ago. They enjoyed the exercise of raw power so much they jump at the chance to do it again. Same is true of Bishops throughout the U.S. Requiring the needle to attend Catholic School, work in a Diocesan job etc.

By identifying herself as the Immaculate Conception, Our Lady was announcing to the world, just four decades before the bloody twentieth century, that God's plan for each life in this world clearly begins at our conception. Of course, we can't expect many of our anti-wisdom prelates to have picked up on this. They've only had 164 years to think about it.
Been to Lourdes twice. Was honored to have carried the statue at the nine P.M. procession.
Naturally, as I'm somewhat expert in electrical matters, I inspected the wiring on the lighting system to make sure all the connections were in good condition when we returned it to the holding room. It was clear that everyone treats it with TLC.
