The least anticipated Olympic games in history just kicked off in Beijing.
Communist China unleashing the coronavirus on the world combined with their human rights abuses left few believing it deserved the honor of hosting the Winter Olympics.
During a Congressional Executive Commission on China hearing on the eve of the Olympics, Pelosi warned American athletes not to speak out against Communist China forcing one million Uyghur Muslims into concentration camps or about it ending democracy in Hong Kong.
“I would say to our athletes — you are there to compete,” Pelosi stated. “Do not risk incurring the anger of the Chinese government because they are ruthless. I know there is a temptation on the part of some to speak out while they are there, I respect that. But, I also worry about what the Chinese government might do to their reputations, to their families.”
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy slammed Pelosi for appeasing the Communist Chinese.
“Speaker Pelosi doesn’t want to upset the Chinese Communist Party,” House Minority Leader McCarthy declared. “So she’s warning US Olympians to stay silent about China’s atrocities. No surprise this comes right as Democrats are trying to jam through the 3,000-page ‘America Concedes Act’ that helps China but hurts America.”

Pelosi supported Colin Kaepernick and other National Anthem kneelers who spit on the graves of U.S. troops who died in the line of duty.
Leftists hailed NFL players who disrespected the National Anthem and the American flag as brave truth tellers.
But now, when athletes can use the global focus of the Winter Olympics to bring attention to Communist China’s oppression and evil, Pelosi ordered American athletes to shut up and play ball.
