TRUMP, BIDEN WIN IN NEW HAMPSHIRE Former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden easily won their primaries in New Hampshire Tuesday. As of 11:00 pm ET, 55.0% of Republican primary votes went to Trump and 43.5% to Nikki Haley. Biden was not on the ballot and campaigned as a write-in candidate. Write-ins accounted for just under 70% of all Democratic primary votes, with the vast majority expected to be for Biden. READ

DEAN PHILLIPS: BIDEN CANNOT BEAT TRUMP Democratic 2024 presidential candidate Rep. Dean Phillips, D-MN, called his party “delusional” and President Joe Biden “unelectable” hours before polls closed in New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation contest. “I have a conviction that Joe Biden is going to lose,” Phillips said. HISTORIC LATIN MASS AT THE CAPITOL The first-ever Traditional Latin Mass was celebrated in the United States Capitol building yesterday, on the one-year anniversary of the leak of an FBI memo that targeted “radical-traditionalist Catholics.” The liturgy was “a powerful reminder that the American government “was founded on religious liberty,” and “that Catholics are welcome there,” said CatholicVote Political Director Tom McClusky. TEXAS GUV REACTS TO SCOTUS RULING ON BORDER SECURITY Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott vowed that his state’s quest to secure its 1,254-mile border with Mexico is “not over” after the U.S. Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration Monday. In a 5-4 ruling, the Court allowed the federal government to remove razor wire that Abbott’s administration placed over a stretch of the border where migrants illegally cross in droves. READ

BLACK DEMOCRATS SUE CHICAGO OVER MIGRATION A coalition of black Chicago Democrats is suing the city government for placing migrant facilities in their neighborhoods. “For the past year, anger has been mounting in black communities across Chicago as residents watch resources they say they desperately need go to the newly arrived migrants instead,” Olivia Reingold wrote. COURT: TRUDEAU ACTED UNCONSTITUTIONALLY AGAINST CANADA TRUCKERS A Canadian Federal Court Justice ruled that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau unjustifiably and unconstitutionally used force against truckers who took part in the Freedom Convoy protest. “I conclude that there was no national emergency justifying the invocation of the Emergencies Act and the decision to do so was therefore unreasonable,” wrote Justice Richard Mosley.
