Christians spiritual Jews?
Apostle Paul, using his powerful rhetorical arguments,
sought to convince the Roman Christ-followers, who were pressured to
disassociate from the Jews, of this simple fact – not everyone who claimed to be
a Jew was "truly" so before God.
Paul's argument was not at all that “the 'true' Jews
were now the Christians” or that “the Jews were no longer really Jewish”. In
