A draft of U.S. Speaker of the House Paul Ryan’s immigration proposal was leaked to Breitbart News, and it could lead to what many experts are calling the “biggest” amnesty deal in American history.
Ryan’s plan not only grants amnesty to millions of illegals, it also compromises the four pillars set by President Donald Trump on immigration reform. Ryan’s plan would also ensure criminals are given protections before any wall is built along the southern border.
Speaking to Breitbart on the condition of anonymity, the sources said Ryan’s immigration package would go well beyond giving amnesty to the presumed 800,000 illegals currently enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
DACA was unconstitutionally signed into law by former President Barack Obama in 2012, using executive order. He bypassed Congress and enacted the unlawful measure, giving at least 800,000 illegal immigrant children protections to remain in the U.S.
President Trump has been pushing for a legislative solution to DACA, where he wants full funding for the border wall, loopholes closed, E-Verify, and considerable alterations to chain migration and the visa lottery system.
According to the leaked draft of Ryan’s immigration plan, which will be introduced on the House floor in the coming weeks, none of what Trump (or the American people) wants will be addressed in the measure.
In the image below, a section of Ryan’s amnesty deal would allow the entire “DACA population” to be eligible for blanket amnesty if they can meet low level work, educational, and criminal requirements. With the bar set so low, experts fear this could give amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants.

NumbersUSA Governmental Affairs Director Rosemary Jenks told Breitbart that Ryan’s amnesty package would allow at least 1.8 million illegal aliens to stay in the U.S., possibly more.
“This has the potential to turn into the biggest amnesty we’ve ever had,” Jenks said.
In another section of the draft, Ryan’s bill would also allow the children of temporary foreign guest workers and “anyone who has a contingent non-immigrant status” to apply for amnesty.
Here’s an image of the section below:

This would also allow, at worst, hundreds of thousands of children to receive amnesty.
According to USA Today, the DACA population is estimated to be around 3.6 million, not the 800,000 liberals claim. So, if at least 3.6 million DACA-enrolled and DACA-eligible illegal aliens only need to meet the low requirements set forth in Ryan’s plan, that would pave the way for the largest amnesty in U.S. history.
And, as millions of illegals are given priority, the American people don’t get a single thing Trump asked for, particularity the border wall.
Many Americans are rightfully angry over Ryan’s immigration plan, as it gives democrats everything while giving Trump nothing he wants.
