Not long after the Red Hen restaurant refused to serve White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and asked her to leave, the American people flooded with restaurant with Yelp reviews for its decision not to serve someone over political differences.
On Saturday morning, Sanders tweeted that the restaurant in Virginia asked her to leave on Friday night because she worked for President Donald Trump.
After her tweet went viral, the restaurant saw a flurry of backlash on its Yelp page.
Many were outraged that the restaurant was refusing service to someone based on politics, with others highlighting how far liberals have gone to oppose Trump and those who work for the president.
Here are some of the reviews:

With intense backlash mounting and the Red Hen going from having a 5-star rating on Yelp down to a 3-star, co-owner Stephanie Wilkinson defended the restaurant’s decision, saying the employees supported it.
“I explained that the restaurant has certain standards that I feel it has to uphold, such as honesty, and compassion, and cooperation,” she said.
Sanders’ father, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, excoriated the Red Hen for its disgusting actions, accusing it of bigotry:
The radical lefties, who often claim to be the party of “tolerance” and inclusiveness,” are now inching toward supporting the practice of refusing service to people over political differences.
Many conservatives have also pointed out that if restaurants like the Red Hen want to refuse service, they have that right. Some say it’s their business and they can do whatever the want, which also means they will be forced to live with the consequences and backlash.
The most unfortunate thing about the entire disgusting incident is that if a conservative business owner did this to a Democrat, they would be endlessly smeared by the liberal media for being a bigot.
But because it happen to a member of Trump’s administration, the liberal media isn’t concerned with the Left becoming so unhinged that they are kicking people out of restaurants over political differences.
