Twitter flags anti-niqab tweet from Saudi dissident’s wife as “in violation of Pakistani law”
Twitter is now officially Sharia-compliant. Ensaf Haidar, the wife of Raif Badawi, who has been languishing for years in a Saudi prison for “insulting Islam,” posted this on Twitter:
- Retweet if you're against niqab.
- Retweeter si vous êtes contre le niqab.
Shortly thereafter, Twitter notified her that she was in violation of Pakistani law:
Funny, Twitter just told me that I'm broken the Pakistan’s law!!
Apparently the whole world must now abide by the Sharia blasphemy laws that Pakistan enforces.
