Polling stations have just opened across Israel as voting gets underway to decide the yearlong battle between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his rival Benny Gantz. Recent polls have shown a slight lead for Netanyahu, but will it be enough to secure a majority? Today's vote will be a test of some of the speculation around purported prophecies from several Jewish rabbis, including Yitzhak Kaduri and Sasson Hai Shoshani.
Demonstrating just how global the Coronavirus contagion has become, Israeli authorities have set up special polling stations to handle the 5,000 or so Israelis currently under quarantine for observation. As if a scene from the book of Numbers or one of the gospel accounts, an Israeli under quarantine orders could be seen complaining to the police about being treated like a leper: But as the stations opened Monday, some of the Israelis under quarantine were not happy with the way they were treated at their special voting stations.
Significantly, the U.S. government had withheld support for the annexation of the additional land proposed in the Deal of the Century until after today's elections. With the elections happening today and the six-member mapping committee moving steadily along, we are growing close to the division of the land. Despite global panic over the virus, it's shocking just how aloof most remain as a monumental prophecy is set to unfold before our very eyes—the division of the land God allotted to the descendants of Jacob. The Great Sign two-and-a-half years ago wasn't enough to awaken the world and it seems a more concrete fulfillment won't be enough either. It's going to take something much greater to finally remove the blinders from their eyes. Brother Barry summed it up well this morning: 2nd US COVID-19 Death in Washington; Italian Soccer Teams play to empty stadiums and many companies cancel all travel, even domestic. French death toll doubles overnight and the Senior Advisor to the Ayatollah in Iran is dead from the virus. Jesus is coming soon, folks! BELIEVE on the Son of God! John 3:16 This upcoming Saturday, March 7th, the morning star Venus will conjunct with Uranus (a transliteration of the Greek word for "Heaven"). Then 28 days later, Venus, nearing its brightest point of the year, will have its closest conjunction with the seven stars of Pleiades for the first time in hundreds of years. If September 23, 2017 was the astronomical aspect of Revelation 12:1–2 and October 8, 2018 was the alignment of Revelation 12:3–4, perhaps April 3–4, 2020 is the astronomical fulfillment of Revelation 12:5. How much will the world change in 28 days following the Israeli elections and the continued spread of this viral contagion?  | ||

THE PROBLEM
What is this strong delusion or great deception the bible speaks of? Introduction In my personal journey I used to question, wonder, ponder and debate about the nature of the great deception mentioned in the Bible. What could this deception be? What lie will be told that will deceive all the nations (Rev. 12:9; 20:3)? Who could be so foolish to fall for it? Is the lie supernatural? And do I even care what it is since I will already be with Jesus in heaven? Yes! It does matter, because there will be people that will see this happen. Understanding is vital so that we can warn others about what they can expect. Jesus is the spirit of prophecy, and so we Christians should be able to explain with confidence about what will happen in the future (Rev 19:10). Based on recent events and through the messaging of popular movies, I have asked myself; how does this all relate to scripture? At this point in my journey, I have picked up on some common themes related to the great deception. What are the commons themes you ask?
So, what are they programming the masses for?

EXPOSING THE LIE
To get at the root of this coming deception that will overtake the world, we’ll take a look at two key passages from Paul’s letters. Let’s dive into the cookie jar for some good ole Greek data, Om Nom Nom. The cookie that we are interested in is the definite article “the” and the noun “lie, or falsehood” (in the Greek, this is the dative, neuter, singular article and the dative, neuter, singular noun). For a visual: τῷ or tō is THE, and Ψεύδει or pseudei is LIE or FALSEHOOD. Take notice that this isn’t some random, run-of-the-mill tall tale. In other words, there’s a big difference between A LIE and THE LIE. Note that this construction in the Greek, τῷ Ψεύδει, shows up in 2 Thessalonians 2:11 and also harmonizes with Romans 1:25. See below:   What could Paul be referring to when he says THE LIE (τῷ ψεύδει)? Maybe Paul is referring to THE FIRSTLIE shown to us in the Bible. It’s only when we go back to the very first deception that we will be able to fully comprehend what Paul was talking about when he spoke of THE LIE(τῷ ψεύδει). In short: the first deception is the great deception.

Let’s recap the first lie (Gen 2:16-17; 3:1-7):
What was the serpent really saying?

The tree of the knowledge of GOOD and EVIL is the tool that the serpent uses whenever he so chooses. Let’s apply this tool to our world today. How does one country go to war with another country? It’s easy to go to war when you call the other country EVIL. And what is the root cause of conflict with your neighbor? Your good is my evil and my good is your evil. What a twisted web we live in! I find it interesting that in Luke 18:18-19, the young man calls Jesus “Good Master,” but then Jesus questions him, “Why do you call me, Good?” In other words, only YHWH is good. Jesus was trying to reason with him about what Good really means. Our Lord was mainly concerned with the life of another when confronted with the paradigm of good versus evil. Example: And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him. And, behold, there was a certain man before him which had the dropsy. And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, 'Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?' And they held their peace. And he took [him], and healed him, and let him go; And answered them, saying, 'Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day?'

Jesus was telling the lawyers and Pharisees that LIFE is more important than GOOD and EVIL. Let’s evaluate Jesus’ statement to the religious hypocrites: When is a bad thing lawful? One scenario is when Hitler was going house to house looking for Jews to kill. Some homeowners LIED to the authorities in order to protect LIFE (yet they were breaking the law). Jesus was basically saying that LIFE is the trump card. Love your Neighbor and your God. He was very simple in his teachings. Therefore, only Jesus brings us Life and the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil only brings us death (cf. John 1:4; 14:6). Now then, getting back to how the serpent uses the tree of good and evil. Imagine that there is a man that appears to show himself as a god with lying wonders and such. He shows up right after Jesus rescues the Body of Christ from Daniel’s 70th week. He then tells the public that there is another alien/god who threatens all of humanity and has done a great evil by taking our loved ones. Therefore, the inhabitants of the earth must unite and be ready to fight this alien god when he comes back to remove more people. This seems to be the most plausible explanation that the serpent would tell the world population seeking answers after the Harpazo (Rapture of the Church), the trump card.  For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

It used to baffle me what lie the Antichrist would tell the world, which would then get the entire world to go to war with Jesus. After studying Paul and revisiting the beginning of the Book, I now understand the essence of THE LIE: The serpent says YHWH is evil. Even thinking this makes my stomach turn.

REVEALING THE TRUTH
Naturally, Paul leads into the subject of the great deception with the rejection of THE TRUTH. And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

THE TRUTH spoken of here is the Gospel. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.

THE SOLUTION
Thankfully, that’s not the truth. THE TRUTH is this: Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
