Will America Be Preserved by Grassroots Community Organizations Like the Yavapai County Preparedness Team?

I recently interviewed Jim Arroyo, from the Yavapai County Preparedness Team (YCPT).

YCPT is a very active organization and is basically a one-stop shopping center for everything that is related to community preparedness. This is organization is so effective, so complete in its approach related to community readiness and citizen education, that their efforts are being copied nationwide by other communities under the auspices of an organization that is referred to as the UCPCT.
