Federal Judge Orders Biden to STOP
Big win for border wall
A federal judge in Texas recently demanded an instant halt to the sale of border wall material. The lamestream media’s frustrated enough about having to report that Biden’s handlers have “agreed to a court order.” As if they had a choice.
Making things worse, they have to sidestep the part where the court told the administration’s lawyers they have some explaining to do.
There was already an injunction in place. As AG Paxton relates, “if it is shown that the Biden Administration disposed of border wall materials purchased with funds subject to that injunction in violation of a court order” there will be hell to pay.
“Or,” he continues, “that the Department of Justice made misrepresentations regarding the border materials that have been auctioned off — this would constitute unethical and sanctionable conduct, and the responsible parties could be held in contempt of court.”
That order was handed down in May, 2024, primarily requiring Alejandro Mayorkas and his cronies to “spend statutorily obligated funds on border wall construction.” The court just issued a separate “order to show cause” why the lawyers shouldn’t be fined for violating the prior order.
That means the judge thinks they’re in trouble and is giving them the required chance to talk their way out of it before the hammer comes down, hard. This unnamed judge appears likely to use his gavel as an assault hammer.
Biden successfully blocked
It was a sneaky move for Joe Biden to sell off pricey parts that Trump’s going to need in only a few weeks. As noted in the formal statement issued by the Texas AG, they “have successfully blocked the Biden Administration from disposing of any further border wall materials before President Trump takes office.”
Referring to the previous order, Paxton points out, “this follows our major victory forcing Biden to build the wall, and we will hold his Administration accountable for illegally subverting our Nation’s border security until their very last day in power.”
Everyone can see that it’s nothing but Democrat sour grapes. Especially, Paxton adds, “where their actions are clearly motivated by a desire to thwart President-elect Trump’s immigration agenda.” They’re totally steamed about the upcoming mass deportation.
Joe’s minions had unused slats intended for parts of the southern border wall “secretly hauled away and auctioned off for as low as $5.”
The official Democrat plan was clearing it all out “by Christmas.” They were shedding “a half-mile’s worth of parts” daily. Online auction house GovPlanet handled the cash. President Trump mentioned it at a recent press conference. “I’m asking today, Joe Biden to please stop selling the wall.”
“We’re going to use that to create a strong barrier. It’s very expensive, and now it’s about double the price of what it would have been six years ago, and the administration is trying to sell it for five cents on the dollar, knowing that we’re getting ready to put it up.” Looks like Joe’s going to have a lot more pardons to sign before he goes.
