DNC Excludes Straight White Men from Job Application

The Democratic National Committee is currently beefing up its IT department and is seeking qualified technicians to fill the positions. But for the sake of the future of the United States, straight white men who are solid on their gender identity are NOT encouraged to apply.
In an e-mail dated October 30th, DNC Data Services Manager Madeleine Leader listed eight vacancies and asked employees to circulate the e-mail to a wider audience to find just the right candidate. However, the party of inclusion is only interested in a certain type of person. The DNC is “focused on hiring and maintaining a staff of diverse voices and life experiences,” because like Leader explains, that is “something we desperately need if we hope to secure the future of our country.” But if you happen to be a white male who likes women, forget it:
“Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and feel free to forward on to your contacts. I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, since they’re already in the majority.”
The DNC was quick on the defensive, clarifying to Fox News that the e-mail didn’t come from the higher-ups and ensuring that the committee’s hiring practices are on the up-and-up: "All hiring decisions at the DNC are made consistent with the DNC’s commitment to equal employment opportunity and hiring an inclusive and talented staff that reflects the coalition of the Democratic Party, because our diversity is our greatest strength.”
It seems Ms. Leader didn't get that memo:
