Female MI Candidate: Vote For Me So You Won't Have to See a Penis
"Who can you trust most not to show you their penis in a professional setting? Is it the candidate who doesn’t have a penis? I’d say so.”

I'm not one hundred percent convinced that 2017 is real but, operating for now under the assumption that it is, here's a thing that happened.
Dana Nessel, Democrat candidate for Michigan Attorney General as a new marketing campaign that boils down to "vote for me because I don't have a penis." She seems to think that's the best way to avoid sexual harassment. In her ad, she says:
If the last few weeks have taught us anything, it’s that we need more women in positions of power, not less. So when you’re choosing Michigan’s next attorney general, ask yourself this: Who can you trust most not to show you their penis in a professional setting? Is it the candidate who doesn’t have a penis? I’d say so.
That's not at all what the last few weeks have taught normal people. Victims have, hopefully, learned that there are people who care, and that it's safe to come forward. Those who might otherwise show their wares in unwelcome situations should have learned to think twice before behaving inappropriately.
We have also seen men standing up for women and, when in a position to do so, going so far as to fire predators. Most men do not harass women. While we have yet to see a prominent woman accused of sexual harassment, let's not act as though the problem here is "men" and the solution is "women." The problem is an environment which kept these assaults secret, and those secrets are coming out.
Merit matters a whole lot more to me than demographics so, as a Michigander, I'm going to go ahead and vote for the best candidate, rather than for or against a candidate's genitals. That's the conservative way.
