Iran Cuts off US Supply Line in Syria

Will the US consider the latest actions of Iran in Syria an act of war? after all Debka file has reported that Iran backed fighters have cut off US supply lines to its Kurdish fighters and of course US special forces embedded with Kurdish fighters in Syria.
