Exposing the role that Islamic jihad theology and ideology play in the modern global conflicts
FP “journalist” Isaac Stone Fish: “The most Trumpian thing most people do is overreact to a small terrorist attack”
Fish, a “journalist” who formerly worked for Newsweek and is on sabbatical now from Foreign Policy, is doubling and tripling and quadrupling down on his Twitter feed, noting that more people have been killed in other contexts, such as 500 people in gun violence in Chicago. That is true. But what he probably doesn’t realize, because the fog of his politically correct world view prevents him from doing so, is that the New York City jihad massacre was just one battle in a very long and global war.
Leftists such as Fish tend to think of jihad terror attacks as discrete incidents, unconnected to one another — separate eruptions of misunderstanding of the Religion of Peace. 32,000 jihad attacks worldwide since 9/11? Jihad terror groups with a presence on every inhabited continent vowing to make war against and ultimately destroy all non-Muslim governments? An unbroken 1,400-year record of warfare by Muslims against non-Muslims? Pshaw! It’s all about American imperialism! It’s all about Israel! Impeach Drumpf!
