Clearly they are “moderates” who are shocked, shocked! by his turn to jihad terrorism. What will they be doing now? What will he do once he gets out of prison? What will be done in prison to disabuse him of his jihadist sentiments? Why, nothing. Nothing whatsoever. Any such action would be “Islamophobic.”

One of the five ISIS-inspired terrorists who plotted attacks on Australian soil gave the Islamic State one-fingered solute as he was sentenced to 22 years behind bars.Supporters broke down in tears as Justice Geoffrey Bellew jailed four young men and a teenager in a NSW Supreme Court on Friday.Sulayman Khalid, 22, Jibryl Almaouie, 24, and the teen previously pleaded guilty to conspiring to do acts in preparation for a terrorist act to advance ‘violent jihad’ in late 2014.Co-offenders Mohamed Almaouie, 22, and Farhad Said, 25, also pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of knowingly making a document likely to facilitate a terrorist act.The attack plot involved killing police officers and targeting government buildings in Sydney.Khalid was sentenced to 22 years and six months with a non-parole period of 16 years and nine months.He made the one-fingered ISIS salute as he was led to the docks. How can a religion spread without using the swords?’ Khalid can be seen saying in a clip shown by Seven News.‘I would like to forward a message to the secret services of our time – MI5, MI6, MI7, FBI, CIA, ASIO and the rest of the secret services in each one of the countries,’ he said.‘Accept Islam as your salvation because I swear to you… that a day will come when it will be too late,’ he says.‘On the day of judgement you will be saying I wish I was made out of dust.
