Clearly they are “moderates” who are shocked, shocked! by his turn to jihad terrorism. What will they be doing now? What will he do once he gets out of prison? What will be done in prison to disabuse him of his jihadist sentiments? Why, nothing. Nothing whatsoever. Any such action would be “Islamophobic.”

One of the five ISIS-inspired terrorists who plotted attacks on Australian soil gave the Islamic State one-fingered solute as he was sentenced to 22 years behind bars.Supporters broke down in tears as Justice Geoffrey Bellew jailed four young men and a teenager in a NSW Supreme Court on Friday.Sulayman Khalid, 22, Jibryl Almaouie, 24, and the teen previously pleaded guilty to conspiring to do acts in preparation for a terrorist act to advance ‘violent jihad’ in late 2014.Co-offenders Mohamed Almaouie, 22, and Farhad Said, 25, also pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of knowingly making a document likely to facilitate a terrorist act.The attack plot involved killing police officers and targeting government buildings in Sydney.Khalid was sentenced to 22 years and six months with a non-parole period of 16 years and nine months.He made the one-fingered ISIS salute as he was led to the docks. His sister shouted ‘Sulayman, I love you’ and his father said ‘stay strong.’Jibryl Almaouie was sentenced to 18 years and six months in jail with a non-parole period of 14 years and two months.The teenager was jailed for 13 years and six months with a non-parole period of 10 years and one month.Mohamed Almaouie was sentenced to nine years’ jail with a non-parole period of six years and nine months.Said was jailed for nine years and six months with a non-parole period of seven years and one month.The court was previously shown a video recorded by Khalid in which he called on secret services around the world to convert to Islam in a 20 minute rant.‘Islam is spread by the swords. How can a religion spread without using the swords?’ Khalid can be seen saying in a clip shown by Seven News.‘I would like to forward a message to the secret services of our time – MI5, MI6, MI7, FBI, CIA, ASIO and the rest of the secret services in each one of the countries,’ he said.‘Accept Islam as your salvation because I swear to you… that a day will come when it will be too late,’ he says.‘On the day of judgement you will be saying I wish I was made out of dust. You will be put in your black hole, you will be put in your grave.’Khalid appeared on SBS’ Insight program in 2014 on an episode called ‘Joining The Fight’ when he was 20 years old.‘ISIS – they do not want to bring anything but justice,’ Khalid said on the program….
