But a former judge and television personality is having none of it. And this famous TV Judge just laid bare a bone-chilling woke mob power move on its way to becoming law. Michigan’s House of Representatives is putting the full weight of its legal systems behind the radical transgender agenda.
House Bill 4474 recently passed and is on its way to the state Senate.
If it is approved and signed by the state’s governor (the infamous Democrat lockdown queen, Gretchen Whitmer) “misgendering” someone could land you in jail.
The bill calls for punishing anyone who violates the proposed law with “imprisonment for not more than 5 years, or by a fine of not more than $10,000.”

Former Judge Joe Brown blasted the legislation as an “obscene” law that’s shredding the Bill of Rights.
“This type of abomination must be stopped,” Brown wrote in a Twitter post. “This is so obscenely contrary to American 1st A Law that the only fit ‘Adjectives’ to describe it are profane.”
Twitter user @thesnoozbar responded to Brown’s post by noting that “Evidentially, Michigan wants to keep sending cases to the Supreme Court that will trigger the left.”
“So because people don’t want to participate in other people’s delusions, they want to charge them?” user Dark Libra asked.
Some commenters lamented that they don’t even know how to function in society these days with all the woke nonsense with one pointing out the dangers of such a vague law.
“So every time old school granny uses a term she knows and was raised on, they’ll fine her… into imprisonment or asset liens and forfeiture!” user @BL_Carter predicted.

Another pointed out that while lawmakers waste their time on manufactured drama from the left, they still aren’t bothering to deal with real issues like the Flint, MI water crisis that started back in 2014. “Flint still doesn’t have clean water but THIS is a priority?” user @urhighness0508 asked. “Smdh.”
Based on the current makeup of the Supreme Court, the Democrats running the show in Michigan have to know this won’t fly in the long run.
But at the same time, they are making a play perfectly aligned with goals outlined by the elites running the World Economic Forum.
And even if the proposed law would be struck down it would likely happen only after many months or even years—plenty of time to intimidate countless Americans into performing on command for the Left.
