And now Mark Levin just got canceled for this mind-blowing reason. Mark Levin’s been promoting his new book The Democrat Party Hates America on his show.
The book outlines how Democrats weaponized major American institutions to attack their enemies, silence and censor dissent, persecute Donald Trump, and criminalize opposition to the Left’s agenda.
But now retail giant Target is refusing to sell the book out of fear enraged leftists will protest and boycott the store.
The modern Democrat Party believes Americans should only be able to speak approved narratives that are verified by media “fact checkers,” so-called “experts,” and government agencies.
Anyone who questions or contradicts the Left’s narrative gets accused of spreading “misinformation.”
Target already waded into the culture wars on behalf of the woke mob.
And it ended badly for the chain.
Back in May, Target began marketing clothes to children for homosexual pride month. What outraged Americans was Target putting front and center a bathing suit for girls with a tuck in flap where biological boys could place their genitals.
Americans already showed they had little to no tolerance for companies trying to recruit young people into transgenderism with the Bud Light boycott.
The ensuing boycott cost Target $10 billion in market cap.
“A week ago Wednesday, Target enjoyed its stock value at $160.96 a share, but following the calls to boycott the Minneapolis-based retailer over its ‘PRIDE’ collection, the value plummeted and closed Friday at $138.93 a share,” the New York Post reported. “The nearly 14% drop in value for the blue chip stock roughly translates to a $10.1 billion loss in valuation to just $64.2 billion for Target, which has nearly 2,000 stores nationwide,” The Post also reported.
Now thanks to the attempt to appease the woke Left by canceling Mark Levin, Target could be facing boycott round two.
