FLORIDA COURT ALLOWS PRO-LIFE LAW, PRO-ABORTION BALLOT MEASURE The Florida Supreme Court on Monday ruled that the state’s law protecting most unborn children after six weeks of gestation is constitutional and can go into effect. On the same day, the court also allowed a pro-abortion constitutional amendment to be placed on Florida’s November ballot. READ

DC ARCHBISHOP PRODS BIDEN ON ABORTION Cardinal Wilton Gregory, archbishop of Washington, DC, suggested President Joe Biden is a “cafeteria Catholic” in a Sunday interview. Gregory charged Biden with "ignoring or even contradicting” the Church’s teachings on the sanctity of life. The cardinal has consistently hedged against denying pro-abortion politicians Communion and in the same interview praised Biden for being “very sincere” about his faith. READ

GOVERNMENT-FUNDED DATABASE LISTS PRO-LIFERS AS TERRORISTS A database funded by the federal government and run by a research group at the University of Maryland recently labeled Students for Life of America as a “terrorist group.” Several former counterterrorism officials have come forward to explain why they think the database’s mislabeling of pro-lifers is dangerous. CARTOON NETWORK PUSHES ‘TRANS DAY OF VISIBILITY’ On Easter Sunday, Cartoon Network declared its support for “Transgender Day of Visibility” on social media. The popular channel – which airs several shows for children – did not acknowledge Easter. READ

ADMIN ADDS NEW ‘GENDER’ TO IMMIGRATION FORM An agency under Biden’s Department of Homeland Security on Monday announced a third gender option, “X,” defined as “Another Gender Identity,” for immigrants seeking citizenship. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that the option will appear on the revised N-400 application for naturalization. READ

SMARTPHONES ‘REWIRE CHILDHOOD’ A psychologist is warning that smartphones have “rewired” an entire generation’s childhood, increasing isolation from friends and causing developmental delays as well as increased addiction risks. READ

CATHOLIC FUNERAL FOR SLAIN NYPD OFFICER Thousands of mourners lined the streets of the New York suburb of Massapequa on Long Island on Holy Saturday for the Catholic funeral of NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller, who was killed while on duty during a traffic stop last week. The 31-year-old officer left behind a wife and a one-year-old son. READ
