Our verse describes a climactic war that will be initiated by Gog and Magog
against God and Israel. This turbulent battle will usher in the Messianic Era.
The Hebrew Scripture is full of references to the End Times and the coming of
Mashiach (the Jewish messiah) who will rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem and
revive the dead. The entire world will recognize the one true God. But all of
this will only happen after a great war, which not all will survive. Get a
