Susan Sarandon Endorses Jill Stein: Hillary Has a 'Record of Corruption'

Disaffected by the overwhelming evidence Hillary Clinton and the DNC colluded to sabotage Bernie Sanders during the primary, actress Susan Sarandon won't be playing the "lesser of two evils" game and has endorsed Green Party candidate Jill Stein for President.

In a letter posted to jill2016.com Wednesday, Sarandon slammed Queen Hillary's "record of corruption" as reason for her disqualification.

"Fear of Donald Trump is not enough for me to support Clinton, with her record of corruption," she wrote. "I've been waiting for any indication that Hillary Clinton's position on the issues that are most urgent to me, has changed. But..." Sarandon goes on to list the following:

She does not support the $15 minimum wage.
She shows no support for legalizing marijuana.
She supports TPP.
She has sold fracking and Monsanto.
She supports offshore drilling.
She has no position on the Dakota Access Pipeline.
She opposes the labeling of GMOs.
She opposes the breakup of big banks.
She takes lobbyists' money for campaigning.
She opposes a binding climate treaty.
She supports unconditional military aid to Israel.

During the primaries, Sarandon gave her fullest support to Bernie Sanders, saying in April she preferred Trump's border wall to Hillary's bad "moral judgment."

Sarandon concluded her endorsement by saying that "Trump is self-destructing" and "those in swing states have the opportunity to vote their conscience."
