It's not looking good.

It’s not looking good for 21- to 29-year-olds, which is to say, sadly, it’s not looking good for the future: according to a poll published Thursday, nearly one in five millennial meatheads consider  Joseph Stalin and Kim Jong Un to be “heroes.”
The survey is, of course, illustrative of a growing acceptance among history’s most triggered generation of the devastating systems of socialism and communism.
According to the study conducted by the Victims of Communism Memorial Fund, roughly half of millennials would prefer to live in a communist or socialist country rather than a capitalist democracy. Breaking down the numbers, the study notes:
“One in five (23%) of Americans age 21-29 consider Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin a ‘hero’; 26% for Vladimir Lenin; 23% for Kim Jong Un.”
In addition, over one-fifth of millennials have a positive view of Karl Marx.
Marion Smith, executive director of the Fund, told The Daily Caller News Foundation:
“This troubling turn highlights widespread historical illiteracy in American society regarding socialism and the systemic failure of our education system to teach students about the genocide, destruction, and misery caused by communism since the Bolshevik Revolution one hundred years ago.”
The study — not coincidentally — also revealed that 71% of millennials couldn’t give an accurate definition of “communism,” and four-fifths were unaware of the lives lost due to the governmental system.
Under Stalin’s rule, as many as 60 million people were killed. Communism killed 94 millionin the 20th century. Kim Jong Un has executed hundreds of citizens since taking power in 2011. The death toll for Confederate statues, culturally-appropriated Halloween costumes, and sex-specific pronouns: zero.
