Judicial Watch is being stonewalled by the DOJ and FBI over the Mueller operation's budget. We were told that the release of the information would interfere with law enforcement proceedings. We were also told that the information can be withheld under the deliberative process privilege, a voluntary measure which is often abused to prevent disclosure of records. Why or how would that harm the special counsel investigation into President Trump?
