Barring a few, such as in Russia's Constitution, they do not acknowledge God
And? They oppose Jesus, Gospel, & Christianity in many manners.
And Some of their Laws - such as Abortion & Sodomy? smell like Satan.

Then there's Ethan Ralph who is an alcoholic who after a divorce in his 40's got a 19 year old women pregnant and is so lazy it took him months to get his name on the birth certificate. And is now in another relationship with a women who is into lollycon (sexually suggestive drawings of children)

677 The Church will enter the glory of the kingdom only through this final Passover, when she will follow her Lord in his death and Resurrection. The kingdom will be fulfilled, then, not by a historic triumph of the Church through a progressive ascendancy, but only by God's victory over the final unleashing of evil, which will cause his Bride to come down from heaven. God's triumph over the revolt of evil will take the form of the Last Judgment after the final cosmic upheaval of this passing world.

That's an eternal God-Order and Rule for every nation. We are witnessing what happens to governments without Jesus Christ...they devolve into chaos, mayhem, emptiness and cruelty. Not really any place for civil humanity...always ending up run by sodomites and blind greed.
