IMPEACHMENT – Bombshell Charges!
(Patriot.Buzz) – In a stunning move, Republican Rep. Andy Ogles (TN) has initiated impeachment proceedings against Kamala Harris, who is currently the presumed Democrat nominee for president after Joe Biden withdrew from the race.
The impeachment articles accuse Harris of high crimes and misdemeanors by “systematically” failing to enforce federal immigration laws.
According to the filed documents, “In her conduct of the Office of Vice President of the United States, Kamala Devi Harris … has willfully prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice.”
The impeachment resolution states that the Biden-Harris administration allowed millions of illegals to enter the U.S. by reversing several security measures established by former President Donald Trump.
Critics argue that these actions were part of a strategy by Democrats to increase their electoral support by attracting illegals and making it possible for them to vote by removing voter ID laws and similar requirements.
Additionally, the impeachment articles assert Harris has shown “extraordinary incompetence” in managing her responsibilities, particularly highlighting her role as the unofficial border czar.
The resolution points to specific failures, such as the inability to secure the southern U.S. border, which has adversely affected various groups, notably “women and girls.”
It cites an incident where a 13-year-old girl in New York was raped by an illegal as evidence of the consequences of these policy failures.
Furthermore, according to the resolution, U.S. Customs and Border Protection encountered nearly 302,000 illegals at the southwest border in December 2023—the highest monthly figure ever recorded.
The articles also address the issue of fentanyl trafficking under Harris’s watch, noting a significant increase in the deadly drug entering the U.S.
The impeachment effort accuses Harris of obstructing justice and failing to fulfill her duties to uphold and protect the Constitution.
Ogles’s move is not unprecedented, as Democrats previously did the same during Trump’s presidency in an attempt to remove him from office.
Even after he left office, they launched a separate campaign to impeach him. In the end, both efforts failed to move forward.
