Tom Homan promises to bring hell with him to Boston
Border Czar Tom Homan has been sparring with Democrats in sanctuary jurisdictions who want to block the Trump administration’s plan for the mass deportation of illegal aliens.
Democrats are digging in their heels to protect illegal aliens who’ve committed a violent crime in the United States.
Boston Police Commissioner Michael Cox vowed not to work with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on a local radio show.
Cox said his department wouldn’t honor detainers placed on illegal aliens in jail who had been arrested for committing a crime.
A detainer holds an illegal alien in jail until ICE can take custody of them for deportation.
“We just don’t do that,” Cox said. “We don’t enforce civil detainers regarding federal immigration law. It’s defined here in the state, and that’s just how it works.”
Massachusetts is a sanctuary state.
Homan spoke at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) where he delivered a warning for Boston officials.
“I’m coming to Boston and I’m bringing hell with me,” Homan declared.
The audience began cheering and chanting “Homan” after he delivered that line.
Homan puts the Boston Police Commissioner on notice
The “Border Czar” revealed the horrifying crimes that illegal aliens were allowed to walk for in Massachusetts.
“I looked at the numbers this morning, I counted, I stopped counting at nine,” Homan said. “Nine child rapists that were in jail in Massachusetts, but rather than having an ICE detainer, [they] released them back into the street.”
Homan delivered a stern warning to Boston Police Commissioner Cox.
“You’re not a police commissioner, take that badge off your chest, put it in the desk drawer, because you became a politician. You forgot what it’s like to be a cop!” Homan exclaimed.
He let Massachusetts know that he wasn’t going to back down from a challenge.
“And guess what, the men and women of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, they found those predators, and they’re locked back up, and we’re going to deport them from the United States,” Homan stated. “I’m bringing a bunch of old school people back [to ICE] to show the young folks how we did it, and how we’re going to do it.”
Homan has made it clear that sanctuary states and cities dragging their feet aren’t going to slow down his mission.
The “Border Czar” concluded his CPAC speech by praising President Donald Trump.
“The greatest President in my lifetime is back in the Oval Office! He’s going to make America great again! He’s going to make America healthy again! He’s going to make America safe again!” Homan said.
“President Trump, God bless you! I’m proud to be back, and I’m not leaving until we fix this s***!” Homan concluded.
Tom Homan is ready to overcome any roadblock that a sanctuary jurisdiction wants to throw up.
