Kash Patel Vows To Hunt Them Down

In his first statement since being confirmed as FBI director, Kash Patel vowed to rebuild Americans’ trust in the FBI and to go after anyone who seeks to “harm Americans.”

Patel made the declaration in a lengthy post on X just after he was confirmed as FBI director in a 51-49 vote in the Senate on the morning of February 20. The only Republicans who voted against Patel’s confirmation were RINO Sens. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Susan Collins (R-ME), who joined all Democrat senators in opposing Patel.

“I am honored to be confirmed as the ninth Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” Patel wrote. “Thank you to President Trump and Attorney General Bondi for your unwavering confidence and support.”

“The FBI has a storied legacy—from the ‘G-Men’ to safeguarding our nation in the wake of 9/11,” he continued. “The American people deserve an FBI that is transparent, accountable, and committed to justice. The politicalization of our justice system has eroded public trust—but that ends today.”

“My mission as Director is clear: let good cops be cops—and rebuild trust in the FBI. Working alongside the dedicated men and women of the Bureau and our partners, we will rebuild an FBI the American people can be proud of,” Patel added.

Patel then warned “those who seek to harm Americans,” stating: “We will hunt you down in every corner of this planet.”

“Mission First. America Always. Let’s get to work,” Patel concluded.

Conservatives celebrated Patel’s confirmation on social media, with many highlighting the fact that he had promised to release the Jeffrey Epstein files immediately after taking office. While he did not release those documents on day one, it is expected that they will be made public in the coming days.

“Kash Patel has been officially confirmed as the new FBI Director. On day one, he’s expected to release the explosive Jeffrey Epstein files. Patel plans to expose those who collaborated with Epstein to build a network of child s*x trafficking, revealing the names of celebrities, politicians, and high-profile philanthropists involved. Kash Patel will work with Donald Trump to permanently dismantle elite child trafficking rings,” popular X account Shadow of Ezra wrote, sharing a clip of Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) discussing the Epstein files on the Senate floor.

“Finally, someone who will take out the trash at the FBI. No more weaponizing law enforcement against Americans,” wrote another popular X account, Clown World.

Attorney General Pam Bondi also celebrated Patel’s confirmation, writing: “Congratulations to my good friend FBI Director Kash Patel! Kash is extremely passionate about restoring the reputation of the FBI, and I look forward to working closely with him to end violent crime, protect our national security, and make America safe again.”
