Despite Israel’s unrelenting enemies, it is the way of the Jewish nation to
harbor "hope for the
future" as described by the prophet in today's verse. Yet a little-known form of
terrorism is pervading Israel and extinguishing the hopes of young Jewish girls
who are lured into relationships with Arab men, brought to their villages, and
abused. An Israeli non-profit organization, “Learn and Return” invests
tremendous efforts in prevention by reaching out to Jewish girls who have become
involved with Arab men. The organization has saved close to 1000 girls in the
last few years, by providing counseling, safe houses, and a lot of love to help
at-risk Jewish girls get back on track in Israel. Support this extraordinary
organization which is rescuing and returning Jewish girls “back to their own
borders.”
