A voice call in the darkness

Is there any hope for Mankind?

There is silence, followed by silence

A voice calls into the darkness

Is there any hope?

We have waited for our redeemer

We were told there was a holy One to come

Every generation, Oh Israel have we looked

To the skies in such despair

Were is our Savor! Is the cry of man

Were is our Savor, Oh Israel is the cry of men

There is such sadness in these people

Their souls cries out in desperate pleas

Oh Lord God we plead.

There is One coming oh my people

His time of Righteousness is near

His birth will mean freedom for mankind
