I find it simply fascinating that from 1931 (when MCL 750.14 was passed) to 1973 (when Roe v. Wade was decided), a period exceeding 4 decades, no lawyer or judge, or any other legal mind was able to discern that banning abortion was diametrically opposed to the Michigan Constitution. (And only in 2022 anno domini did the grandiose legal mind of Judge Gleicher enlighten us to this glaring contradiction!)

Thank Heaven Hell we have astute luminaries as these to light the way in such confusing times (with no conflicts of interest to boot!)
