President Joe Biden recently took a trip to Hawaii to ‘visit’ the victims of devastating wildfires that swept across the island, claiming many lives and leaving hundreds missing.
Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro was not having it.
She had some tough words for Biden on her show “The Five” and rightly so.
While in the community of Lahaina, which suffered great losses, Biden told an anecdote about his own experience with a kitchen fire at home while trying to relate to people who had just lost everything they owned.He said “I don’t want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense, Jill and I, of what its like to lose a home…Lightning struck at home…on…a big pond outside our home…To make a long story short, I almost lost my wife my ’67 Corvette and my cat”.
This was completely inappropriate considering the fact that he was speaking in front of people who had just lost their homes and family members due to the fires.
Pirro refused to let this incident go unanswered and called out the President for his tone deafness on national television.
She then went off on one of her liberal colleagues Jessica Tarlov for defending indefensible remarks made by Biden during his visit.
It seemed clear that she wanted justice for those affected by these tragic events and did not want them used as an opportunity by anyone else—especially not someone in power—for self-promotion or gain.
In response to Tarlovs defense of another comment made by Biden when he noted that ground in Lahaina felt hot (as if it would be anything else after such destruction), she said “Are you kidding me? This is a guy who goes [into] an inferno where a thousand people…are missing…and he talks about the fact that he almost lost a cat?”
To this end, she painted him as narcissistic lunatic with no empathy whose only goal was making things all about himself rather than being there for those who needed him most.
Pirro also highlighted how shamelessly narcissistic Biden is noting that he knows no bounds before adding that “He systematically lies” something which has been true throughout his entire political career thus far according to her statement.
It appears that even though some people may have been willing to turn a blind eye towards the president’s actions here, there are still some voices out there willing stand up against injustice wherever they see it — even if it means criticizing their own party leader.
