COLORADO HAS TWICE REJECTED PROPOSALS TO MAKE THE VIOLENT DEATH OF A FETUS A HOMICIDE, REFUSING TO JOIN 38 OTHER STATES AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR FEAR SUCH A LAW WOULD BE USED TO RESTRICT ABORTIONS.

EDITOR’S NOTE: The undisputed facts in this case are that a mentally ill woman cut a living baby out of the womb of a pregnant mother, and in the process killed the baby. The woman is not being charged with murder. Since the killing of humans in all 50 states is considered to be a crime, Colorado must not be charging the woman with murder because they do not see unborn children as human beings. Planned Parenthood killed 327,653 babies in 2013, and no one charged them with murder, either.
The Colorado woman accused of cutting a seven-month-old fetus from the mother’s womb will not be charged with murder, the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office confirmed.

The woman on the left took a knife and cut the living baby out of the belly of the woman on the right. Colorado says it is not murder. Really, pot heads? Then exactly what is it?
Dynel Lane, 34, who police said likely suffers from a mental illness, lured Michelle Wilkins to her Longmont, Colo. home with a Craigslist ad for baby clothes on March 18 and instead attacked Wilkins.
Lane was arrested at Longmont United Hospital after bringing in the dead fetus, telling doctors she suffered a miscarriage, according to cops. Lane was initially charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault and child abuse knowingly/recklessly resulting in death.
Boulder County DA spokeswoman Catherine Olguin told the Daily News late Thursday that prosecutors won’t charge Lane with murder in the baby’s death. Charges will be filed Friday.source

    oh really,at 7 months in the womb and the baby is not human. the baby can be born then and fully developed, so what else doe it take to be human ? the police say the woman may have a mental illness and since when did they become experts on that ? this woman have enough of mental capability to place an add in craigs list to lure a pregnant woman to her home with the intentions of removing a baby from the womb , which she did carry out , but her plan didnt work because the baby died from this and the mother was left to bleed out. so this was murder plus attempted murder. what part of thou shall not kill do you not understand ? babies are human beings and a blessing from GOD. when you kill these babies through abortion, it murder!!!

      Part of the larger issue, the ACLU was instrumental in getting mentally ill people out of institutions, (I think it began in the 1960s and 70s.) I think we have seen the results of this in the news. No one mentions the original root of the problem(ACLU) but we have to live with the results. I do realise we as a society allow people in power to to continue this murder.         Jan, I am sorry but I must correct your statement about Obama.. As a Illinois’ senator he was the only one to speak against the Born Alive Bill twice and in doing so the Bill was voted down… I believe it was later, after Obama was out of the senate the Bill was bought again and no one spoke against it and the Born Alive Bill was passed….

I question anyone mentality who it so ignorant not to realize that it is life at conception… The truth is, life begat life, the sperm has life as does the egg, it is a human life at the very moment of conception. Whether these idiots in Colorado or any liberal wishes to believe otherwise…. Well, they will realize their ignorance when they stand before the Judge at the Great White Throne….

    In the Eyes of God it is seen as murder. We need to pray for both women and their families. Hopefully the murderer will feel conviction and repent for her sins.

    As the world moves further away from God, rejecting his
    Word in favour of their own interpretation of what is right,
    the laws of men will be riddled with injustice.
    It is sickening that they can not recognise the child as a
    person due to the complications it would have on the evil
    of  “Planed Parenthood, legal murder.”
    Even if this woman has been deemed to be mentally ill, how
    does this change the fact that this child was murdered ?
    That abortion figure is horrendous “Planned Parenthood
    killed 327,653 babies in 2013.”
