    • Doug Mungavin yeah it makes sense they'll know what you mean by context if they know even a little of the bible, and that makes sense about Yeshua vs Jesus, since Yeshua actually has a meaning and IS His name, as you say, and jesus isn't His name and has no meaning.

      but wouldn't G-d be a loose, fairly close, english transliteration of Elohim of Yahweh? I thought Lord was the english transliteration Adonai.
